Ascendance Strategy Group was founded by Brandon Oliver, a strategic clarity & communications consultant with experience helping organizations strengthen their communications, brands, and internal alignment.His approach combines thoughtful analysis with practical implementation, helping leaders move beyond surface-level solutions to create lasting organizational change.Brandon has over six years of communications experience working for a broad range of mission-driven organizations and leaders through both agency and in-house roles. Brandon is an alumnus of Howard University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in strategic, legal, and management communications, with a concentration in public relations.
